After an excellent welcome reception into RAF Cranwell yesterday by Affinity colleagues and the College Commandant, the group left behind the Grob 120TPs and Phenoms of Elementary Flying Training and Multi Engine Flying Training in high spirits but facing more high temperatures (mid to high 20’s) on their way towards Building 1300 in Bristol – the home of 22 Group. Today’s ride covered a neat 100miles exactly, climbed 1,750m and took 6 hours and 8 minutes, bringing the total over three days to 336 miles, 5,032m of climbing and a total duration of 18 hours 52 minutes. I am sure the RAF Benevolent Fund will appreciate our efforts via www.VirginMoneyGiving.com/UKMFTS600/
