We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Affinity Flying Services for a period of 6 months to manage and support a range of projects aimed at improving the productivity, availability, reliability and output of Affinity’s aircraft fleet and a range of other business improvement initiatives.

This role will be directly responsible to the Engineering Delivery Director for each project’s delivery schedule, internal and external reporting, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) measurement, leadership and conflict resolution between projects and supporting new initiative business cases.

Given the technical nature of the projects within the programme you will have an Availability Manager working for you to manage and resolve many of the technical and Type Airworthiness issues.

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

To be considered for this position, it is essential for you to have a recognised Project or Programme Management qualification or previous experience in the management of complex programmes; working with multiple Original Equipment Manufacturers and experience of working within KPI frameworks
